  1. Prepare 1 cup sprouted Moong and Matki(Moth beans)

  5. Take 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  9. Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  10. Make ready as per taste Salt
  11. Get 1/4 th cup Corn flour/ Rice flour
  12. Take as required Oil for roasting

Sprouts Tikki,use of sprouted moong gives healthy twist to the evergreen aloo tikki! Serve these fibre-rich tikkis hot and crisp, as soon as you prepare them. Soak the sprouts and peanuts overnight and boil it by adding salt. Put all the boiled sprouts in a blender and make it into a coarse powder.

Steps to make Sprouts Tikki:
  1. Take a small mixer jar, add sprouts and grind it coarse.
  2. Take a bowl, add coarsely grounded sprouts, add all spices, and corn flour or rice flour. Make like a dough. If it's too sticky add more corn flour or rice flour to the mixture.
  3. Grease your hands with oil and take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a tikki.
  4. Heat a pan, add some oil. Once the oil is hot, place the tikki's on the tawa and roast ti golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney and curd.
