  5. Put your non stick pan on the fire and allow to heat. Make your wrappers buy carrying a handful of the flour mixture and rub in the pan.it will form like a pancake, turn over and immediately remove and put on a tray to cool leaving the side that was facing the pan now facing up.

  7. Rub your flour mixture to to seal the wrapper and deep fry. You can make it overnight and refrigerate to fry the following day.
