Mince the coriander leaves, ginger and garlic. Fry the spices on a medium heat, add the finely chopped ginger and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the onion and cook until soft.   1. Fry the pulse for sometime and then boil it for 10-15 minutes then add the rice and keep it for 10 minutes
  2. Then add the turmeric jeera powder and salt green chilli and ginger paste
  3. In some oil add five spices (panch phuron) in another pan with bay leaves dry chillies
