  2. 1 whistle lagaye.steam niklne ke baad khichri ko chla kar dekhe.Pani kum ho to or dal le.
  3. Garma garam khichri m ghee dal kar serve karein.
  4. Ye khichri khane m light hoti hai.Jaldi digest ho jati hai.Isliye ye patients ko di jati hai.
