  2. Cooker main 6 cups water dal kar gas par rakhe jab water boil ho jaye to dal rice dale add karein salt,green chilli,haldi,black pepper and red chilli(optional) add kar lid laga kar 2 whistle lagwa kar gas off kar.
  3. Cooker ki steam finish ho jaye to lid nikal kar agar water ki need ho to boil water add karein.
  4. Pan main desighee hot kar jeera and hing add karein onion add kar bhune Tarka khichri main dale.
  5. Uper se green dhaniya sprinkle kar enjoy karein.
