Instructions to make Haleem/Daleem:
  1. Gandum chawal mix dal ko ache se wash kar ke over night soak krlen
  2. Next morning 1 liter pani mein soak ki hoi dal rice gandum main salt haldi and oil dal kar boil karein itna kay ye cook hojai
  3. Jab ye ache se boil hojai to ise beater se beat krlen ache se qorma dalen left over
  4. Qorma kay beef ko blender main chala lein phir is ko haleem main dal kar ache se mix karein phir again hand beater chala kay ache se sub mix hojaye
  5. Ab ise cook karein for 4 to 5 min serve this with lemon chat masala Coriander mint leaves and brown onion
