  1. Make ready 1 kg beef
  2. Get 2 onion
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. Get 1 tbsp cumin(grinded)

  8. Prepare 1 cup oil

  1. Heat oil add onion and garam masalah,fry it.when onion turns light golden
  2. Add beef,2 glasses of water, red chilli powder, haldi, ginger garlic paste,salt. Cook on low flame.
  3. When meat tender add haleem masala and cumin powder. Cook until oil appears. (Shred the meat)
  4. In another other pan boil water and add wheat and mix daal(soaked over night) cook for 2 to 3 hours on low flame. then blend it. add meat in it and cook on low flame
  5. Garnish it with green chilli, brown onion, ginger, lemon slice, mint, and coriander leaves. Sprinkle chat masala.
  6. Serve with naan 😋😋😋
