The ingredients needed to make Haleem:
  1. Take 1 . 5 kg boneless meat
  2. Take Shan easy cook haleem packet 1
  3. Take Water as required
  4. Get Salt 2 tsp (if needed)
  5. Take Red chilli powder 1 tsp (if you like spicy)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger
  7. Take 1 tbsp Garlic
  8. Take Meat tenderizer
  9. Prepare Garnishing
  10. Make ready Lemon
  11. Get Brown onion
  12. Take leaves Mint
  13. Take Ginger

Instructions to make Haleem:
  1. First boil meat with 3 to 4 glass of water
  2. Add ginger, garlic paste and meat tenderizer
  3. Now add masala packet from shan easy cook haleem packet(it's 2 in 1 pack) masala pack + daal mix
  4. Cover it and cook it until meat becomes super soft
  5. Now take another wok dissolve daal mix pack in water with whisk(make sure it has no lumps)
  6. Now coom it on low flame.. Stirring continuously after 10 mins add boiled meat in it and stirring continuously..
  7. Add 2 to 3 glass of water in it.. And cover it with lid on low flame
  8. After 10 mins with wooden spoon do gota for 15 to 20 mins continuously
  9. Note:You can add or less water acc to your need of thickness
  10. Give tarka with oil and onion
  11. Garnish it with onion, lemon, ginger and mint leaves
  12. Enjoy it with tandoor ki roti ❤️
