  4. Ab ek cup oil garam kar k 1 piyaz ko brown kar len ab es mein gosht dal k bhone
  5. Or saray masalay dal den adrak lehsan lal mirch haldi dhaniya powdr,hari mirchon ka paste or jaifal powdr dal k bhone 4,5 minute
  6. 4,5 minute dhak den jb gosht ka pani dry ho jae or oil uper aa jae
  7. Ab dahi dal k achi tarah bhoon len 3,4 minute jb dahi ka pani dry ho jae tou gosht ko achi tarah mash kar len
  8. Ab ye mash korma dalon mein dalen or 40,45 minute ghota lagaen last mein garam masla dal k mix karen
  9. Mazedaar haleem tayar hai
  10. Ab haleem k uper fry piyaz chaat masala hari mirch adrak or lemon k sath serve karen
