  2. Make ready 8 green chillies
  3. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  18. Make ready to taste Salt
  19. Make ready 3 glass water
  20. Get 3 tbsp oil
  21. Make ready 4 medim sized onion

  23. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  24. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  25. Get 11/2 cup beaten yogurt
  26. Take Fried onion
  27. Get Lemon

Instructions to make Haleem:
  1. In a pressure cooker add mutton, green chillies, ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add Whole spices,salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Add water mix well and cook the mutton until it is tender.
  4. In a pressre cooker add wheat,add all dals and rice.
  5. Add salt and water and cook until the dals get soft.
  6. In a blender,add cooked mutton and blend and transfer it into a bowl.
  7. In the same blender,add cooked dals and blend and keep aside.
  8. In a pot, add oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
  9. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  10. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  11. Add yogurt, mix and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  12. Add the blended paste of dals and mutton into it.
  13. Mix well and cook it on low flame.
  14. After 15 mins switch off the flame.
  15. Haleem is ready.
  16. Serve haleem with fried onions, lemon slice and coriander leaves and serve hot.
