Steps to make Beef Haleem:
  1. Take a big pan..on the flame..heat the pan…Add 1 cup oil..
  2. Add ginger garlic garlic paste..cook slightly..
  3. Wash well the beef with bones..add all into the pan..
  4. Let it cooked until beef changes it's colour and oil is seperated..
  5. Add 4 glass water cook it on slow flame until it is half done..
  6. Meanwhile wash the whole grain and soak it abt 1 hour..
  7. Add the grain mix in half cooked beef..
  8. Add more water and leave it cooking whole night..aprox 6 to 8 hours..
  9. Make sure there is enough water not to be stucked at bottom..if soo put off the flame..leave to rest then it will automatically leave the bootom.
  10. The next mournig take out the bones throw them out.. Start blending by special blending spoon called.. #GHOTA..
  11. Take another small pan add some oil and saute the masala pack..add it into the whole stuff..
  12. As haleem rakes lots of time to cook we cannot add masala in the begining it will became dark and bitter…
  13. Keep blending until All ingrdients become smooth..
  14. As you get your desired consistancy Dish out.
  15. Fry some onions in the remaining oil for baghar..
  16. Garnish it with brown onions…Ginger..lemon.. coriande..mint leave and chaat madala…
