The ingredients needed to make Sambhar:
  1. Take 150 gm brinjal
  2. Make ready 100 gm beans
  3. Take 1 potato
  4. Prepare 2 green chilli
  5. Get 100 gm arhar dal
  6. Take 2 tbsp imli pulp
  7. Prepare To taste salt
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. Make ready 2 tsp sambhar masala

Sambar is a dish in South Indian and Sri Lankan Tamil cuisines, made of toor dal and veggies, sambar masala. Instructions to make Sambhar:
  1. Peel brinjal and take a cooker add brinjal, potato, beans, arhar ki dal and gheeya and green chilli
  2. Add 2 glass of water, salt, turmeric and imli ka pulp and boil it for 5-6 whistles.
  3. Take a kadahi add 1 tbsp oil and mustard, beans and sambhar masala and red chilli powder
  4. Blend daal for 20 seconds and add it in kadahi
  5. Add garam Masala in it and it is ready to serve….
