- Heat oil in tadka pan anadd mustard seeds and curry leaves,allow it to splutter and add hing.Put this tadka into the sambhar and mix well.Add more water if it thickens and make it to your consistency.
- Remove from flame and add ghee to it and serve with steamed hot rice.
