Start by roasting sooji in a dry pan on low flame till nice aroma comes from it. Transfer that to a plate to cool down. For the tempering….. - Heat oil..add add mustard seeds..cumin seeds,methi..green chilli..curry leaves..haldi and chilli powder..Sambhar masala…dry coconut…Hing..don't let it burn..add the balls and 1tsp of water mix well and let it on flame for 5 min in low flame..add lemon juice…Garnish with fresh coriander.
