  1. Wash the broken wheat. Don't soak it. Rinse all the water form it. Take a deep pan add 3 glass of water get a boil. Add salt, oil and washed broken whole wheat. stir it properly. Boil for 5-10 min. See the wheat seed get half boil. Once it's done strain the water and keep a side.
  2. Now take a deep pan add ghee. Put on medium flame. Once the ghee get hot add cumin, dry red chillies and all whole masala to hot ghee. Stir it well.
  3. Now add onions stir it well till it get transparent, add all veggies, half boiled broken wheat to it. Mix it all well.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pulav masala. Mix it again. Squeeze half lemon.
  5. Mix it all well. Sprinkle chopped coriander, pomegranate and serve hot with onion rings, tomato rings and masala Buttermilk.

Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add asafetida and cumin seed to the oil.
