- Add chopped onion,green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute on medium flame.
- Now add boiled potato,all dry spices and salt,mix it nicely.
- Add chopped coriander leaves,switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool down.
- In a bowl take all ingredients for batter,mix well and prepare a batter of semi-thick consistency.
- Now take a slice of bread and place 2 tsp mixture of potato stuffing over it and take another slice of bread and put it on top and press it slightly with the palm.
- Dip the prepared stuffed bread in batter and deep fry it on medium flame until it becomes golden and crispy.
- Cut from between and it's ready to serve with tomato sauce or any dip you want.
I simply followed the recipe given in the back side of the pack. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, mix well and cook until tomatoes become soft. Add Green pepper, mix well, add water if required and cook until green pepper is tender. Now butter the bread from outer side, spread prepared bhaji masala on other side.
