- Get 1 pinch Red food colour (optional)

Instructions to make Masala Pav Bhaji:
- First put all the veggies in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup water and add 1 tsp bhaji masala and little salt and mix well.After first whistle slow down the flame and then cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now take one wok add oil,butter and heat it.Now add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes and then add capsicum and saute it for another 2 minutes.
- Now add salt, Kashmiri lal mirch,bhaji masala and mix well.In a meantime after cool down the pressure cooker,mash the veggies with the help of masher.
- Now add these veggies in to the wok.And mix everything nicely.Add little water if gravy is thick.Now add food colour and lemon juice and mix properly.And now add lemon juice and mix.Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Now for masala Pav,take a pav slit it from the sides and take a tawa add butter,put some coriander leaves and 1 tbsp of our cooked bhaji and mix well.Now toast the pav on this from both sides till little golden crisp.
- Now for serving,heat the bhaji and serve in a plate with adding butter on it and serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.Our masala Pav bhaji is ready to serve.Enjoy π₯°πππ
