  2. Now take iron wok only. Iron wok brings out exact street flavour in the bhaji. Heat 2 tbsp butter.
  3. Add chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add very finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Add 1 tsp salt. Mix nicely. Cover with lid and let it cook at low flame for 3 minutes.
  5. After 3 minutes, uncover and start mashing the material in wok for 1 minute.
  6. Now add pao bhaji masala and kashmiri red chilli powder and stir for another 2 minutes. Now add mashed potato and mix nicely. Stir for another 2 minutes by covering from lid.
  7. Now uncover and add around 1.5 cups water. Bring to boil.
  8. After a boil, simmer with lid at low flame for another 3 minutes.
  9. Add coriander leaves and cream. Mix and stir for a minute.
  10. Switch off gas and squeeze 1/4th lemon juice. Mix and garnish with more fresh coriander and enjoy with pao cooked in butter😋
