- Cut all the vegetables (potato, carrot, beans, cauliflower, capsicum) in regular size. Add water to the pressure cooker, then add salt.
- Add turmeric powder 1tsp & vegetables to water. Pressure cook veggies for 2-3 whistles. After pressure cooked mash them all.
- After mashing.
- Heat pan & add refined oil. Add cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped garlic. Saute it for 30 seconds. Then add chopped onions, chopped green chillies. Again saute it for 1 minute.
- Make sure it doesn't burn.
- Add green peas, chopped tomato, salt (according to taste).
- Add turmeric powder(1 tsp), coriander powder(1 tsp),red chilli powder(1/2 tsp).Cook it for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes add mashed veggies. Mix it well.
- Add pav bhaji masala. Cook it for 2 minutes.Then add lemon juice, salt(if required), coriander leaves,food colour(optional).
- Mix them properly. Finally, add butter. Bhaji is ready.
- Take a pav & cut the middle portion of pav.Heat pan & add pav. Apply butter on both sides of pav.
- Ready to serve with bhaji, lemon sliced, onions(ring shaped).
