  8. Heat Kadai with butter and then add chopped onion in it and saute it well.
  9. Then add ginger garlic paste in it.
  10. When the garlic smell has gone then add chilli powder and remaining half of the masala powder in it.
  11. Add a little water in it and add the mashed vegetables in it and cook it for sometimes and if you need add more water. Cook it till your desired consistency.
  12. Then add chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp butter in it and switch off the flame. - Now your bhaji is ready.
  13. Heat a tawa with butter, pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves and roast the pav in it.
  14. Now your Pav bhaji is ready. Serve hot.
