  1. Blend bhaji by adding water.
  2. Now add salt, red chilli powder & cook it on slow flame, stir occasionally.
  3. While it is cooking, prepare herb bread. Cut the buns in small pieces.
  4. Mix all herbs. Heat 4 tbsp butter, once it melts add mix herbs. Add it to bun pieces & toss well so that all the in pieces are covered with herbs properly.
  5. Once bhaji starts boiling, add butter & cheese & mix well. Cook for few minutes so that cheese & butter incorporated well. Spare little cheese for garnish.
  6. Transfer bhaji to fondue pot at the time of serving. Garnish with cheese and onions, serve with herb bread.
