Steps to make Khada Pav Bhaji:
- Heat butter in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame. Add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Add chopped garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum and cook for 3 to 4 mins stirring occasionally.
- Now add cauliflower, green peas, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Also add water. Mix all well and cook for 5 to 6 mins on medium flame.
- Add green coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well and further cook for a minute. Switch off the flame. Khada Bhaji is ready.
- For Pav : Slit the pav. Heat butter on a tawa. Keep 2 slit Pav's on tawa and roast till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Roast all the pav's.
- Serve hot roasted Pav's with hot Khada Bhaji along with chopped onions and lemon slices.
