Instructions to make Khada Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat butter in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame. Add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Add chopped garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
  2. Add tomatoes and capsicum and cook for 3 to 4 mins stirring occasionally.
  3. Now add cauliflower, green peas, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Also add water. Mix all well and cook for 5 to 6 mins on medium flame.
  4. Add green coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well and further cook for a minute. Switch off the flame. Khada Bhaji is ready.
  5. For Pav : Slit the pav. Heat butter on a tawa. Keep 2 slit Pav's on tawa and roast till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Roast all the pav's.
  6. Serve hot roasted Pav's with hot Khada Bhaji along with chopped onions and lemon slices.
