  12. Get 1/2 Big Spoon Spoon Oil
  13. Get as required Some Dhaniya leaves

  15. Get 5-6 Laung
  16. Get 1 Tea Spoon Methi Dana

  18. Make ready 3 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  19. Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi

  21. Prepare 3.5 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji Masala:
  1. Chop Carrot, Capsicum, Tomatoes roughly.
  2. Chop Onions, Dhaniya Leaves very finely.
  3. Now grind, Khade Masale with 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, 1.5 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala finely into powder in a mixer grinder.
  4. Then take a big tawa or Kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  5. When oil gets heated up, add roughly chopped carrot & capsicum in it & roast them till they become soft.
  6. After 3-4 minutes, when they start releasing moisture & becomes soft, add 1/2 Cup Matar in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes.
  7. After 1-2 minutes, when they become soft, start mashing them up in a mixture.
  8. Now add roughly chopped tomatoes with 1 Teaspoon Salt in it so that they start releasing oil quickly.
  9. After 5-6 minutes, when they start releasing oil, mash them into mixture & then add finely grinded spice powder in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes.
  10. After 1-2 minutes, add boiled aloo in it with 50gms butter & start mashing them properly.
  11. Then take that mixture out in a bowl.
  12. Now in the same kadhai or tawa, add 50gms Butter in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  13. When butter melts properly, add finely chopped onions in it & roast them till they are golden brown in colour.
  14. After 2-3minutes, when they become golden brown in colour, add 1 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste in it & cook them for 1 minute.
  15. After 1 minute, add some water in it to make onions into a paste.
  16. Then add Masala mixture in it & start mashing or mixing them properly with onions.
  17. Now add 1 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & cook them for 1-2 minutes.
  18. After 1-2 minutes, add some water in it & set the gravy according to your consistency.
  19. Now add finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
  20. Now take a small tawa, add 10-20gms Butter in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder & 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala & mix them properly & keep the gas on low flame.
  21. Then cut Pav pieces from between, apply some butter Masala in it, & roast them on all sides.
  22. Your Pav Bhaji Masala is ready to be served.
