  1. Take 4 medium boiled potato
  2. Prepare 2 medium chopped onion
  3. Get 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  4. Take 1 cup shelled,blanched peas
  5. Get 3 tablespoon refined oil
  6. Get 3 pinch salt
  7. Make ready 8 pav
  8. Make ready 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  9. Take 1/4 cup green beans
  10. Get 4 medium chopped tomato
  11. Prepare 1 chopped capsicum
  12. Take 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  13. Take 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
  14. Make ready 2 chopped green chilli
  15. Take 25 gm melted butter
  16. Make ready 2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Boil cauliflower, peas, beans and carrot with a little water in the pressure cooker. Drain and mash properly. Heat some oil in a pan and add 3/4 quantity of onions. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir-fry and saute the mixture. Add pav bhaji masala and chopped capsicum and stir fry.
  2. Get chopped tomatoes. Add tomatoes, salt and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir it. Add mashed peas, cauliflower, potatoes and 2 cups of water. Bring this to boil and simmer for 10 mins till all the vegetables are completely blended.
  3. Heat half of the butter in a pan. Slice pav horizontally into two and pan fry in butter, pressing two or three times or till pav is crisp. Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves, remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaining chopped onion.
