Instructions to make Pav bhaji (Soya bhaji):
- These are the all ingredients.
- Take 2 tsp oil in pan… Add ginger garlic and green chillies saute it. Now add onion cook it 2 mins then add capsicum and cook it 2 mins in low flame.
- Add Soya granules and cook it then add potatoes and mix it well. Cook it.
- Then add all spices and cook it.
- Now add crushed tomato (u can add puree) cook it 3 mins then add water and lemon juice and cook it for 10 mins on medium flame.
- I am making it dry (coz in my family everyones like thick bhaji) but you can make little watery texture…. Bhaji is ready…..
- Take ghee/butter in add add 1/2tsp red chilli powder & pav bhaji masala just mix it then put pav (cut it from centre only three sides, one side joint) on it for 10-20 seconds.
- Serve it hot hot with onion….
Serve with hot bhaji topped with finely chopped raw onions and few drops of lemon juice. You can also sandwich pav with bhaji and serve as seen in the picture below.
