  16. Take Oil 1 cup+1 cup
  17. Take For garnishing
  18. Make ready 2 large onion brown in a cup of oil
  19. Take Fresh coriander
  20. Take slices Lemon
  21. Get Ginger julians
  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp chatmasala
Steps to make Shahi Daleem:
  1. Soat sabut gahun jo and all lentils and rice over night.
  2. In a pot heat oil brown onion remove from pan.
  3. Now add in this oil ginger garlic paste fry 1 minute add meat fry 4 to 5 minutes or until water dry.
  4. Add all spices salt termeric red chilli powder garam masala.fry 1 minute add yougart fry until all water dried.
  5. Now add enough water in which meat tender.
  6. On another pot add doaked gahun jo and all lentils and 8 cup of water add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp termeric powderon a low flame till it tender.
  7. Now add meat in lentil mixture.mix and cook on low heat for 1 hour.keep on mixing with wooden spoon.
  8. When reached on haleem consistency add brown onion woith sonme oil add fresh coriander gonger julian and lemon slices.
