  8. Spread 1 tsp of coriander chutney over it
  9. With the help of foil to wrap the pinwheel. Lift the end of foil paper and roll the wrap
  10. Seal the wrap. Prepare the other pinwheel in the same manner. Refrigerate the wrap for 30 minutes to set.
  11. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and chop the pinwheel in small size.
  12. Preheat a non stick pan and add butter over it.
  13. Place the pieces on the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes on low flame
  14. Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes
