Instructions to make Fried rice and Guacamole:
  1. For RICE; chop 1 pc onion, 1 pc tomato n garlic.
  2. In a frying sufuria, add cooking oil n heat it abit.
  3. Add onions n fry till brown.
  4. Add salt, tomatoes n garlic.
  5. Reduce the heat n mix them together.
  6. Add rice n stir nicely for a while.
  7. After a while, add water n continue cooking your rice. As the rice is cooking prepare your Guacamole.
  8. For GUACAMOLE; chop all your ingredients i.e onions, tomatoes n dhania n set aside.
  9. Clean n cut your avocado into cubes.
  10. In another bowl, mash your avocado. Add a pinch of salt n lemon juice n mash thoroughly.
  11. Add onions, tomatoes n dhania n continue mashing till all bond together. Cover it well n put it in the fridge (optional) for few minutes.
  12. Once your rice is ready, serve it hot with your guacamole.
