Stir in the oil for a minute and season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and remove from the hob.
  4. Drain off the Spaghetti once cooked and season with a little more pepper. Add the Spaghetti into the frying pan with the fragrant oil and toss everything gently together so all the strands of pasta are coated evenly and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Dish up and garnish with the remaining parsley leaves by scattering them over. Enjoy! :)
