  5. Prepare 3 tbsp reserved liquid from the can of garbanzo beans/chick peas
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp smooth/creamy peanut butter
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup plain natural yogurt

Then I immediately opened up the peanut butter jar and gingerly spread some on my getting-soggy chip, right next to the hummus.   3. Add the olive oil and the reserved liquid, pulse again a few times.
  4. Add the peanut butter and blitz it in.
  5. Add the yogurt and blitz the hummus until it is smooth.
  6. Put hummus into a serving bowl, topped with a spoonful of yogurt and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)
