  1. simply place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for as long as it takes for mixture to become lovely and smooth(unless you want it lumpy and textured)
  2. you can always add more of the chick pea water if too think. thos woll lubricate it nicely
  3. scoop houmous out of blender and serve in bowl with toasted pitta or flat bread and chopped up raw veg..carrots, cucumber and celery
