Instructions to make Chakri phool:
  1. Take all daal and rice, and dry spices. Roast them all separately and let it cool down. Add into grinding jar and grind them to flour. Sieve it once.
  2. Take wheat flour and roast it slightly.
  3. Take roasted wheat flour, add red chilli powder, salt, hing, turmeric powder, oil, til and mix well. Then add mix daal flour and butter and mix well. Will get texture as bind without water.
  4. Add lukewarm water and prepare semi stiff dough. Keep aside and give rest for 10 min.
  5. Take a big dough ball and roll then to semi thick roti. Cut with cutter and keep aside. Do all as it.
  6. Heat oil. Add flowers into it and deep fry on medium heat. Or till light brown. Remove from oil and keep aside to cool down.
  7. Serve to your loved ones. U can give to ur child in lunch box as dry snacks.
