  3. Now use three little holes plate in Murukku achu.
  4. Heat oil in another pan to deep fry. Once oil is hot enough press murukku directly to the oil. If you are not comfortable to this you can do the method which you know.
  5. Remove once the bubbles in oil settle down. You can store in air tight container for 2 weeks.
  6. Yummy Chettinad Thenkuzhal is ready.
