  3. Once the pork belly is done, pat dry and cut into pieces.
  4. In a large pan, add oil and then pork belly, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the pork belly until it's brown and cripsy on the skin.
  6. Add the seasoning sauce and mix it well. Let it cook until the sauce gets thicken.
  7. Garnish with spring onion on top and serve with rice.
