  17. Take 2 mashed boiled potatoes
  18. Take 1/2 cup Green peas
  19. Get 1 cup Chopped onions
  20. Get 300 ml Oil for deep frying
  21. Prepare Handful Green coriander leaves chopped

  3. Add water and mix it properly.
  4. Then make a soft dough. And keep aside.
  5. Take khuskhus in a bowl and soak it in sufficient water for 1/2 an hour.
  6. Make a smooth paste of it.
  7. Now heat a pan and take oil and add cumin seeds in it.
  8. Now add chopped onions in it and also all dry ingredients to it.
  9. Add 1/2tsp of hing powder to it.
  10. Now roast it properly untill it become light brown.Also add some achaar masala to it.
  11. Now add potatoes and green peas in it and stir well.
  12. And then add bread crumbs to it.
  13. And roast properly.
  14. It is done.
  15. Now take dough and make balls of equal sizes.
  16. Now roll the ball in a puri.
  17. Now stuff the filling and shape it like a momos.
  18. And roll it again.
  19. Now heat up the oil. And deep fry all the kachodis in it.
  20. Deep fry all the kachodis untill it becomes in golden colour. Place them on a tissue paper to soak oil.
  21. Now plate them nicely and serve with sauce.
