  2. Prepare 2 cup Maida(all purpose flour)

Instructions to make Katori chaat:
  1. Take a bowl Add maida and oil mix well.
  2. Add water make knead soft dough.
  3. Oil is very hot and may splash. Roll the dough as shown above. Grease a katori, roll the dough in a circle, place katori in the center and wrap the dough around it.
  4. In the heated oil drop the katori wrapped with dough and fry it
  5. Oil will start filling up in the katori, BE CAREFUL. Using a tong carefully remove the dough from the katori and after draining all the oil pull the katori out. Place the katori on a greased paper towel - DO NOT TOUCH, it's still hot. Keep frying the dough shaped katori in oil.
  6. Once brown remove from oil and drain it on a paper towel keep aside minimum 4 to 5 minute
  7. Add filling-take katori add matar/moong/chana,(whichever you like)some pieces tomato,boiled potato and green chilli now add 1 teaspoon of green chutney 1 tablespoon curd and garnish salt and chaat masala red chilli,again add some green chutney and 1 teaspoon sweet chutney now add cumin powder &black salt
  8. Garnish sev namkin,pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves and serve
