  2. Boil the green peas, drain the water and allow to cool. Grind into a coarse paste.
  3. In a non stick pan heat some oil, add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add all dry masalas and add the green peas paste and sauté till the moisture evaporates. Shut the flame and let it cool down. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Make lemon size balls of the dough and roll it into puri size and add the filling of peas peethi into it. Wrap and make into balls again.
  5. Roll them again into puri size.
  6. Then deep fry them in oil. Making sure that oil isn’t too hot and fry them on medium to low heat for them to turn out crispy.
