Add parboiled rice and mix. Cover pot well and allow to cook for 10 mins. Then turn it and cover again. Do not turn continuously.
  3. Once it’s done, add onions and whatever veggies u like and cover and allow to steam on low heat for 5 mins. Turn off heat. Fry plantain and enjoy with your rice😋😋
