Instructions to make Bhel Puri (Oil bhel):
- Chop coriander leaves, onion (onion is optional).
- Chop tomato, green chillies.
- Cut in pieces the boiled potato. In a bowl mix tamarind pulp with little water and in that mix tomato ketchup.
- It's wonderful if you have Puris from beforehand.
- In a mixing bowl add all Chopped vegetables into that add fried peas, boiled black chana and boiled white matars. Add some red chilli powder.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, tamarind chutney (made earlier).
- Add Chaat masala, corn flakes (optional), puris,.
- Now mix gently. Add puffed rice (preferably the thick one).
- Mix again. Add sev.
- Garnish.
