  7. Cover with foil paper to retain all the steam for the rice to be soft for about 10_15minutes
  8. Finally, I added some sliced onions, green peppers and red peppers and stir finally for everything to be combined like this
  9. After 2 minutes, I off the heat and plate my jollof as you can see below
