  2. Peel and blend tomatoes, 2 onion, chili, ginger and garlic. Sweat them in a pan until water dries out
  3. Dice the other onions and saute for a minute, add in tomato paste and stir
  4. Add in the blended mixture and let simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add in thyme, oregano, salt and the cube. Add the chopped bell pepper
  6. Add in the rice and the water and stir
  7. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven under 150 degrees Celsius. Keep checking until water dries out
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving
  9. Serve and garnish
