Tamarind or lemon juice : I do not add tamarind or lemon when it is made to serve with idli dosa as the batter already has a faint.   1. First make the paste of overnight soaked rice and urad dal in a mixer,make fine paste, then add salt and put in steamer to steam.steam for 15 minutes on high flame.idli is ready
  2. For Sambhar - cook tooer dal for 2 whistle with tomato,salt and turmeric.when whistle done then let it to cool.then blend tooer dal with blender.
  3. Now take other pan,heat a oil and add mustard seed and cummin seeds to cook then add curry leaves and green chilli to it add onion cook it untill it's colour changes to transparent.then add sambhar masala and blended tooer dal let it to boil for some time.sambhar is ready.
  4. For Chutney___ take piece of coconut in to a mixer and add curd, green chilli,garlic and salt make a fine paste.chutney is ready
