  1. Take a pressure cooker boil dal an all vegetable with regular spices. On other side in tadka pan heat oil add garlic and onion to light brown then add mustard seeds mix it well add tomato and all ingredients with Sambhar masala add lemon juice mix well now add tadka in pressure cooker if required cook it for some minute with or without lid.
  2. Garnish with corriender leaves then serve it with vada or idli or rice also, enjoy the yummy sambhar.
