- Red chutney: take a pan heat oil and add rai dry red chilli jeera, curry patta, hing and splutter them add soaked daals and stir well add onions and garlic. Sauté well. Add dry masalas and cook for 5 minutes. You can also add 1/2 tbsp curd to it. When oil comes out then turn off the flame. Churn this mixture in a mixer to make a fine paste.
