  15. Dalke tadka aane decurry leave dalein urad daal add karein and sambhar masala ko
  16. Tadka me add karein 2 chammach pani add karein taki masala jal na jaye
  17. Ab tadka ko dal me pour karein
  18. Coriander add karein so
  19. Ready to serve sambhar.
  20. Sambhar me coconut grate karke daalein taste badh jayega.
  21. Coconut me dahi namak green chilli coriander or ginger daalke mixer me pees lein
  22. Tel ko tadka pan mein lein rai hing urad daal or kadipatta dalke tadka chutney mein dalke serve karein
