  1. Heat oil in Kadai. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and one broken dry red chilli. Fry for few minutes. Add chopped onion fry till golden brown in colour.
  2. Add chopped tomato and all dry ingredients and salt. Mix..well and saute it for few minutes.
  3. Add prepared idli. Mix well with all the masala. Add a little water so that the mas ala will not burn. Once it is done.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with curry leaves. Immediately serve hot… Masala Idly with any chutney.
