  1. Take a bowl,put sooji,salt &Eno,mix well with water & keep itaside for 5 min
  2. In a pressurecooker add the washed both pulses with 1 glass of water &add salt,redchilli powder, turmeric powder,& sambhar masala& all the vegetable's
  3. Cover the lid & after 1 whisle slow down the flame & cook for 15 min
  4. Take a pan, pour 1 tbsp of oil in it,add tej patta,cumin seeds,black mustard seeds,dry red chillies & cook for few sec, now add onions& ginger garlic paste & cook till they become brown then add all the ingredients & saute for few sec add chopped tomato & cook till it becomes a smooth paste.
  5. Open the lid of cooker,& see if the veggie r properly cooked,Add some water according to need &mash the veggies, cook for 5 min
  6. Put it in a serving bowl & pour the tarkha on it& mix well.
  7. Grease the idli mould with oil & put 2 tsp of batter on each mould & cook in a steamer
  8. Serve idli with sambhar
