  1. Chop the idlis cube in shape.In a pan add a little bit of oil.fry them till it reaches golden colour.
  2. In a pan add oil,cinnamon,cloves and onion and green chilli and saute them well.after the onion turns golden add ginger garlic paste.after the raw smell turns out add tomatoes to them
  3. Add salt and sambhar powder and coriander powder and mix well.after a min add curry leaves to them and saute them for 2 mins.
  4. Add little water to the mixture.after the water coated with the mixture add the chopped idlis to them
  5. Have a good morning with the breakfast

Masala idli recipe - QUICK and EASY recipe using leftover idlis. The tasty masala is made from onion, capsicum and tomatoes with flavor of pav bhaji masala. This masala is coated to the idli pieces. Some deep fry the idlis and then add to the masala but I prefer plain idlis tossed in masala. (Remember: Idli already has salt in it, so add whats necessary for the masala).
